We would like to thank all of the staff there who took care of my brother. It sounds like he really had a wonderful home with you all. The funeral was arranged perfectly and the number of friends there showed how much he was loved. As a family, we were very thankful for the way you all took care of
him and the way that you took care of us at his funeral. Showing great respect and dignity for him on that day.
Love brother, his sister-in-law, his nephew and niece-in-law.

The care for my brother has been and is excellent, the staff are very approachable as well as communicate in an effective and efficient way.

I have had to be in contact in recent times more regularly due to my brother having to return to hospital, this was for a short period. The staff visited him

as well as welcome him back on his return. He is now different and is more talkative, expressing views also smiling a lot.

I am pleased at his continued progress its great to see.

My mum has been in the home for a year now, when I visit the home it is always very clean and tidy. When I go into the home I’m always offered a hot or cold drink and so is my family. I've visited my mum during their mealtime and they have always given me a hot or cold meal. Also, it’s a very warm welcome
and friendly home. I call them if I need to talk to them, nothing is ever too much trouble, they listen and advise me. My mother suffers from mental health and the home is always there for her, all carers go out of their way to sit and listen to my mum and are an emotional support. I would recommend The Turrets home to anyone. The management are never far away and are always there if you need them. The manager and all the staff are amazing, thank you so much for being there and doing the great care that you do.

It would be difficult to find a better place for our daughter to live. The home is well appointed, clean and comfortable. She regards the staff as friends and identifies closely with them.
She enjoys her own well-equipped bedroom, and having been allowed to make her own changes, has turned it into
her pride and joy, opening a new perspective in her life.
Staff universally recognise her vulnerability and treat her with respect and consideration, and managers at all levels openly acknowledge their accountability for her welfare and well-being.
We are consulted regularly to confirm that she is happy and her needs are being met and to establish whether a change is necessary or improvements made.
From our perspective, the care provided at The Turrets is outstanding, and we would recommend this home without reservation.

The care home is a very pleasant environment, always very clean and tidy.
My brother is always very happy, relaxed and has grown in confidence. He is treated with great respect.
All the staff are very kind, very caring and very helpful. The management is always approachable and helpful if I have any
concerns or a problem arises.
The registered manager and deputy manager work very hard together to keep the home running smoothly and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend this care home to anyone who is in need!!
