Nashley House came highly recommended to us and more than lived up to any expectations we had. Mum spent the last 2 years of her life in the care of the wonderful staff at Nashley. Mum was so well looked after with love, care, total respect and dignity at all times. They surpassed any expectations we
had of them and both Mum and her family were made to feel so welcome and cared for. The well-thought-out activities were an important part of everyday life and brought fun, laughter and smiles at every turn. We can't recommend Nashley House highly enough. Thank you to all the staff at Nashley for your care, kindness, professionalism and love you showed Mum in the last two years of her life.

My father arrived at the care home in April and was treated so well from day one. The staff are so kind and considerate, respectful of and aware that a move like that is a major life event. It was obvious people genuinely care and he knew that we were also made welcome and everyone was super friendly.
I'm thankful that they enabled his first few weeks with respect.

Nashley House is a wonderful place to live in. I know I have only been here a short while but I feel as if I have lived here all my life. All staff are kind and gentle and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is excellent, activities are fun and on most days. The gardens are well-kept and
peaceful so when you get old or frail, book yourself in here. You won't regret it.

Well there are care homes and then there is Nashley House. Staff are amazing, always have time for you and are so caring. My mum loves it here and is so happy and very well cared for. The owner is so hands-on and runs a fantastic care home. Manager is priceless, looks after my mum like she's her own
mum. The team at Nashley House are kind, caring, professional and go above and beyond. Thank you.

What a fantastic home from home. The manager is amazing at advocating for residents and you can see that she really cares. All staff are so friendly and always there if support is needed. Most staff have worked there for many years, which is always a good sign in care. The food is lovely and there are
always activities going on with lots of encouragement if wanted. I am so happy that my dad is here, he suffers with his physical and mental health and I haven't seen him happy and settled like this in such a long time. Staff are on the ball and very professional. Rooms are lovely, care is excellent.

My mother-in-law spent the last 4 years of her life at Nashley. When looking for a care home for her Nashley happened to be the first one we visited - it was the only one we visited, we knew within half an hour that it was a very special place. I cannot adequately express the love, kindness and caring
that she received from the team there and this extended to all the family. There were many laughs along the way and precious memories made which we all cherish.
Mum was nursed through 2 bouts of Covid which I know she would have succumbed to without the wonderful dedication of the staff and management. Her final passing was handled with dignity and compassion and we as a family will be eternally grateful for the support and love we all received. I can't recommend Nashley highly enough to anyone looking for care for their loved one. Thank you.

My mother moved to Nashley House in May 2021. Prior to this, she suffered a severe mental health collapse (leading to her trying to take her own life on two occasions). In between those episodes she had been at a hospital. I have mentioned this because I would highly recommend this home to anyone with
mental health issues.
I cannot praise the staff at Nashley House enough for their kindness, concern, understanding and general all-around help with my mother throughout the time she lived there. The management was continually engaged with and fully committed to, my mother's ongoing health and welfare, with a particular and unique understanding of mental health cases. This meant that at all times I felt my mother was in a safe and secure environment, looked after by people who were genuinely concerned. I visited my mother on a weekly basis and got to know the staff well and I was kept in touch by phone as to each and every change in my mother's condition.

My mother-in-law was only a resident for six months but it changed her life and the families too. She was reluctant to leave her home, but with the support of Nashley House, assurances, kindness and respectful trust, my mother-in-law looked forward to the move. Everything she required was provided with
care and loving empathy and support. This is more like a hotel than a care facility, with exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, health and safety and personal care. Even the food is of an exceptional standard. Nothing is ever too much trouble for all the staff, who are an amazing team. In the end, the dignity provided and support was so appreciated. I cannot recommend Nashley House enough. We feel that we need to keep in touch as they are now part of our family and memories.

Prior to becoming a resident, my mother was visited and reviewed and instantly became friends with members of the team. This made the transition easier and less stressful leaving her home. Nashley House listened to my mother's personal needs and delivered 100%. Friendships and trust were created and
my mother spoke fondly and with pride about her daily meetings, activities and meal times. I cannot thank the team enough. A review is something I do not do but felt the need in the circumstances. Nashley House treated both Mum and the family with respect, dignity and care. We will not only miss Mum but the team at Nashley House too.

I can't put into words how highly I would recommend Nashley House. They understood my mum's condition and were able to anticipate and prepare for her changing needs. The medical team would spot and deal with infections before they became an issue. The support they gave me was invaluable. They took the
pressure off me for day-to-day needs and supported me so that I could use my time with Mum for quality experiences. I always felt 100% confident that Mum was safe, understood, respected and cared for. Nashley House doesn't just care for the elderly relative; they care for the whole family!

Nashley House is a wonderful retirement home who have done a great job of looking after my mum since April 2022. The staff are kind and caring towards her and the manager is superb. The activities coordinator is excellent, she arranges lots of different things to do and keeps the residents smiling with
her humour and creates a lot of laughter, Some of the furnishings are a little 'tired', but the home is clean, warm and comfortable.

My dad moved into Nashley House approximately a month ago and has gone from strength to strength. He's so well cared for now that he wants to stay permanently. The home is one big, warm and happy family. He has a beautiful room, wonderful carers and amazing food. There are many activities he can do
and he has been encouraged to meet everyone and become part of the home. He simply looks like a much healthier and happy man. Thank you to the team.

The love and care shown by all the staff at Nashley House towards my aunt was absolutely brilliant. I really cannot recommend Nashley enough. Family-centred care is paramount to the staff and we got to know everyone so well. Sadly, Aunty died in June. The staff were so upset to lose her and we definitely
comforted each other. I am so missing my aunt and I really miss all her lovely carers at Nashley House. I am forever grateful to them.

The staff at Nashley House are exceptional. Our 96 grandmother was so wonderfully cared for. She loved being there and stayed there up to the point of her passing. I honestly don't think I can emphasise enough how kind, caring, and sincere the staff are and how loving this home feels. It was a privilege
to know how safely she was respected and how well she was looked after. I would recommend Nashley to anyone looking for a loved one.

My mother-in-law had the great fortune to spend her last six years in the top-quality Nashley House. She lost her husband (also a resident) within three weeks of moving in. The care home provides a real family atmosphere and rapidly became a surrogate family, providing care, compassion and comfort.
Prior to Covid they also provided a full and varied entertainments programme to suit all tastes. My mother-in-law had an en-suite room overlooking the pier and beach. The management, medical and administration were in my opinion outstanding and I would highly recommend Nashley to anyone who wanted top-quality care.

Nashley House is a first-class retirement home. My mum lived there for six years and received exceptionally good care. The wonderful members of staff got her through a bout of Covid, no mean feat with a frail old lady. I would recommend Nashley House to anyone looking for a second-to-none care home

My mother lived at Nashley House for nearly five years and I was grateful every day for the care and attention she received. I felt she was truly loved rather than simply cared for. Not only did the management and staff look after Mum, but they also supported me in difficult times and never failed to
keep me 'in the loop' regarding Mum's medical and personal care. I cannot recommend this home highly enough and only hope that it's still there when I need help in the future!

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and owners of Nashley House. They went above and beyond in their care of my mother, at a very difficult stage in her life. The lengths they went to to make her days happy and comfortable were outstanding. There was also very welcome support and reassurance
for myself, which was much appreciated after having been the sole carer for a long time. It is not just the resident who is cared for at Nashley House, it is the whole family.
