The care given to my Mother in law in Nashley house was wonderful.
My Mother in law was very reluctant to go into care but Nashley did a wonderful job of settling her and helping her to relax and feel at home.
She was treated with dignity and respect in a very loving way. Her room was a home from
home and she enjoyed being in a position where she could see so many people, all of whom cared for her so well.
When she went in we had not realised quite how ill she was. Nashley house coped brilliantly with her sudden decline and looked after her well right up until and including her death.
Not only this but all of the staff supported us family members too.
The owners have a wonderful way with them and it is clear to see they care about their residents and providing a comfortable safe and pleasant place for them to be.
There honestly is no negative that I can think to say about Nashley house and would heartily recommend them.

My dear old uncle went into Nashley House for about a year before he needed nursing care, the manager at the time came to his flat, well she was so lovely. She knelt by his side and talked to him, not to me which is what I liked about her, to hear his needs. She actually took him back to the home with
her, the care and love in Nashley House is amazing with all the girls. It's homely and lovely. There is always something going on for the residents. I'd give it 5 stars.

My mother and father were both in Nashley House earlier this year. My dad passed away in June this year. I cannot recommend the staff enough, they have taken excellent care of my mum at this very difficult time. My mum cannot praise the staff enough for helping her cope. I live an hour away but I know
my mum is safe and getting the best care and her health is now the best its been for a couple of years and that's thanks to Nashley House

Nashley House is a wonderful place to live I have a lovely room which is very comfortable with my own stamp on it. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The food is tasty, mainly home made and plenty of it. I often have second helpings! The staff are lovely, kind and very helpful. I am always treated with
dignity and respect. I receive the highest quality care and feel totally safe at all times. There are several different activities each week. I am very happy at Nashley House and consider it excellent value for money.

The staff at Nashley House are extremely helpful and courteous and we always get a cup of tea when my husband and I visit my mother-in-law! Everyone is friendly and because the Home is smaller than some, everyone knows one another. The facilities are ideal for my mother-in-law; the place is very clean
and the food, which is freshly cooked on the premises, looks delicious. We know by looking at the board that the menu is varied and offers a good choice. If we need to let the staff know of anything concerning my mother-in-law, they treat what we have to say with a professional and confidential manner. All in all, I highly recommend Nashley House for anyone to place their loved one.

Nashley is more like a small country hotel than a residential care home. The management and staff are dedicated to providing not only great care but a fantastic relationship with family and friends of their guests. From conversations with staff it is apparent that the majority have been with Nashley
for many years, this must say something about the team and their dedication.
I have no reservations at all about Nashley. Long may they continue to provide this excellent service.
