Oaktree Lodge Residential Care Home is a grand Victorian building situated in a unique setting with great views overlooking Clevedon and surrounding areas.

The Home provides a wonderful homely atmosphere providing person-centred care.

In December 2019 the Home was purchased by the new owners (also owners of the award-winning Manor Community) and extensive refurbishment works have taken place and are continuing to ensure that the Home provides the best possible setting and care possible.

I have been very pleased with the level of care that my mother has received since she has been living at the care home. She is well cared for and is happy within the environment.
The care home has a very homely feel about it which I noticed immediately upon my first visit when looking for a home for
my mother who suffers from dementia.
The staff and management team are very friendly and there is a lot of interaction between the residents and the carers. The carers are all very helpful and all of the residents seem well looked after.
I would definitely recommend this care home.

I am very happy that Oaktree Lodge looks after my mother with her dementia she is very confused at times and the carers reassure her all the time of where she is. The service is at it's best all of her time she is in residence. I cannot fault the staff and care.

My Mum moved into Oaktree Lodge three years ago and she has found the transition into care a good experience. The girls (staff as she calls them) have always been kind and very caring of her needs. As a family, our minds are at rest knowing that mum is happy in the home. All of the carers are helpful
if we ever have any questions regarding mum and never feel a nuisance. Congratulations on an excellent service under difficult circumstances at times in that environment.

I have worked in health and social care for most of my adult life. I've worked as a carer, senior, care coordinator, manager and now a registered manager of Oaktree Lodge. Although I did not set out in life to work in care, it's something that came naturally to me by taking care of loved ones and people around me.
Oaktree Lodge has been a learning curve for me but I'm so proud of it and the culture and friendliness it gives out. Its a loving home where individuals needs are put first and care for in a person-centred way. Its a positive atmosphere and each day is enjoyable. I would be more than happy for my relative to have a place here and be cared for by wonderful carers.
