My son is taking a very long time to get back to normal. As he wants to come home, he has been with you for 3 1/2 years. I know that I am gone 80, but he will still be looked after at home. He tells me he is unhappy. I know you are doing your best and you have good staff. Nothing is too much trouble
for you all.

Excellent care home. Our son has been a resident for several years and we found this care home to consistently give an excellent standard of all-round care. Our son receives the right amount of support for his needs both emotionally and with physical activities. The staff are kind and caring, and importantly,
experienced and knowledgeable. Our son has made huge progress in all areas since joining this home. The interaction and communication we have ourselves with the care home is great, they have been incredibly supportive to ourselves regarding our son and his issues/care.
The home is extremely well managed, which is vitally important and probably the key to why it is so successful. Any queries are dealt with immediately and professionally.
Our son views this care home as his home, which is so comforting to us as parents that we have somewhere where our son is so well cared for, and where he feels relaxed and at home.

I cannot thank the staff at Ash View enough for the excellent care of my son. Recently he needed an eye operation urgently and the staff have been amazing. As he only had sight in one eye the situation was critical. But due to the lockdown, the family have been unable to assist. The care home really
is his "home" and the staff a second family to him. The whole family are extremely grateful and thank god for Ash View.

My son has been living at Ash View House for about a year. I have found the staff to be caring, approachable and supportive. Any problems have been dealt with promptly and with transparency. My son participates in lots of social activities with the staff, far more than he would when living at home.
In the near future I would like him to be supported into regular activities that he perceives to be meaningful and purposeful that could anchor down his week, eg. voluntary work. I feel reassured that my son is cared for in a respectful and kind manner. I feel that my son is involved in his care and his wishes are respected. My son has 3 monthly reviews which we are invited to. I feel happy to contact the staff when I have any worries and visit the house at any time. I am always made to feel welcome. The staff actively participate in helping us maintain a close relationship with our son.
