I would have no hesitation in recommending Penlee to anyone looking for residential care for their loved ones. My mum's stay there was relatively short but it could not have been happier. She was welcomed with warmth and genuine affection, and we felt very supported as her family too. The team are wonderful
and will always go the extra mile to make those in their care feel loved and looked after. We will miss you!

My uncle moved into Penlee a few years ago, and we remain in regular touch. He's extremely impressed with their care and I think eats better there than he did when he looked after himself. They always seem professional and friendly when I visit, and the room is clean and fresh-smelling. I think we've
been lucky!

My Mother moved into this home in December 2017 and is so happy here. The staff are wonderful, caring and attentive. They have planned activities and regular visits from singers, musicians, school children and others. I cannot fault this home they look after my Mum so well, and myself and my husband
can walk in anytime to visit her.
