My father was with Penmount Grange for 2 years and several months. Throughout this time (a very difficult period due to the COVID pandemic) I found all the care home staff I had contact with to be caring, communicative and operating at a high professional standard. I was always kept informed of developments
concerning my father and they were super efficient in advocating for him in relation to medical matters. He had been reluctant to go into a care home but changed his mind once he settled due to the caring and supportive nature of the staff team and was very happy there. As his health deteriorated and he entered the end-of-life stage the staff excelled in giving both my father and myself the appropriate level of support we both needed. I would definitely recommend Penmount Grange to anyone considering them as an option.
