Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1557 and for nursing care £1793, but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.
The home provide care 24 hours a day - 7 days a week and if visiting a family member outside of normal hours, this can be arranged with the home's manager,Trevern do not restrict visits to certain hours of the day, Trevern want this to be their home, as much as ours.
Plenty of parking for staff and residents onsite.

Thank you for your review for Trevern and your praise for our team. Please rest assured we are committed to retaining the best staff to care for our residents, hence our wage increases to ensure we are highly competitive. We are also about to launch a new tagging system for residents' clothing and belongings, which has been extremely effective in one of our sister homes. We appreciate parking spaces can be limited, especially with improvement works being undertaken, which has meant contractors' vans using some of the spaces. We request they use off-road parking where possible, but we understand it does get busier at certain times of the day. We also have the highest number of visitors we've ever had, which we feel is a positive reflection of life in our home.

I have worked Trevern for 14 years. I started in February 2007 and have worked in various roles. I have progressed and gained qualifications which has led me to become the Registered Manager of the service in February 2021. It has been a real privilege to have cared for and worked with so many wonderful people. The nursing, care team and I take a real pride in ensuring we deliver the highest standard of care to those who live with us. Ensuring we deliver a person centred approach to meeting their needs. I value every member of my team and embrace the diverse skill mix they have to offer our clients and our home.
