Care packages are individually assessed and costed according to each person's needs. This is reviewed on a monthly basis and the care package adjusted according to changes in needs.
Fees do not include hairdressing, chiropody, newspapers etc.
Visitors are encouraged to come at times that suit the residents. Exmouth House are very happy for visitors to spend the day and join for meals at a very small charge. The Home's preference is for visitors not to stay late into the evening and night unless their loved one is unwell and needs support and comfort.
There are parking bays and off-street parking available.

All of our residents should have a review of their care needs at least 6 monthly or when their needs change. We now have a new manager in post and will ensure that she makes contact with you to arrange a review. I am pleased that you are satisfied with your mother's care but we will ensure that we improve on this.

The residents have health issues relating to age. Father Christmas arrived.
It was humbling to see the caring staff working tirelessly to ensure that all had a good time.
The staff, of course, prepared the room for the party with regard to the tree and decorations to create the right atmosphere.

Kat enjoys supporting people living with dementia and has done this in a variety of roles including helping set up a large specialised unit for person-centred dementia care in Somerset and improving environments using assistive technology to enhance the accuracy of recording and the quality of care experienced by the residents.

Charlotte has a background in bookkeeping, and administration and has a level 3 diploma in accounting. One of the things she loves about her role is building and forming relationships with the families, being able to offer them support and help with any questions or queries they may have.
