It's so good to know that you receive such a warm welcome at Netherhayes, our aim is to make Netherhayes a happy caring environment and it sounds like we are achieving this. Our activities staff work very hard to provide as many varied activities as possible and outings are always very much enjoyed so we try to arrange as many as we can, even if it's just a stroll along the seafront. Mealtimes are also very important to us and we pride ourselves on making sure that we cater for everyone, so it's pleasing to know that your husband enjoys the food and as you say an alternative is always available.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for the points raised. We are pleased that you feel the home is of a good standard, and we agree that the dining area has become too small; this is due to more residents using the dining area rather than dining in the privacy of their own rooms, so we are in the process of recreating an additional dining area, which was previously in use. With regards to the shower room, it unfortunately is not viable to divide the room due to the space required for wheelchair access, but we do have several other toilets available on the ground floor.
