Thank you for taking the time to review Selkirk House, and we are happy you rate our care and support as excellent. We are sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the activities in the home. We have taken feedback on board, and we have recently employed a dedicated activities coordinator at Selkirk House who will start at the end of the month. This will enable our activities schedule to be more varied for our residents, and we will be asking for residents’ input on this. We will be happy to discuss this further with you at a mutually convenient time.

Thank you for the time to review Selkirk House, and we are pleased that you rate our staff as excellent. Our new Chef Manager will look to review the homes menu with all residents and discuss the variety of meal options that will be available. Our Team Leader and Activities coordinator are currently working on a new schedule that will provide residents with a wider range of activities to enjoy moving forward.
