My mum has Alzheimer's and was cared for by staff at Carl Court Care Home for four months prior to being transferred to a psychiatric unit. During her stay, the owners of Carl Court were excellent. They were fully engaged with my mum’s care and took time to listen to her and our family to ensure she
was supported - her needs met. Our thanks also to the staff at Carl Court who looked after my mum and were always cheerful and welcoming. The care home is a nice size - not too big, the gardens well laid out and peaceful with parks nearby to stroll in. Genuinely, I will miss the visits. When I registered Mum with a local GP he said, ‘Carl Court, you’ve made a good choice. I can only hope it’s still there when I need care.’
