Fees are based on residents' needs and their room and are assessed on a yearly basis.
The home encourage visits from 10am and outside of meal times to encourage the residents to have a pleasant and undisturbed meal.
Visitors are welcome to use the homes off-street parking.

We investigated several but from the moment we arrived at Harbour Rise we were extremely impressed both by the Home and the staff.
The standard of care is exceptional. All the staff are caring and treat everybody with dignity. They make it a matter of importance to get to know everyone personally and administer to each person's specific needs in a professional but kind manner.
More importantly is how does mum feel about it? From being vehemently apprehensive, now she is very enthusiastic and can't wait to go back next week.
Well done Harbour Rise! You are miracle workers.
I cannot recommend them more.

There is no doubt that mum's health and state of mind have been transformed and she is now back to the mum we all knew several years ago which her family and friends are thrilled to see. All this is due to the amazing care and attention she has received at Harbour Rise.
