Thank you for your feedback and review. We are aware that there have been some times when you had hoped communication could have been better during these challenging times posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. We would refer you to the Compliment For Carers area of our website, where it can be seen that the vast majority of relatives are delighted with the extraordinary lengths our staff have gone to keep their loved ones safe. The Care Quality Commission has also just visited Fairlawn and rated it Good in all areas, stating in their report “People and their relatives told us [changes and Coronavirus restrictions] had been managed well.” Nevertheless, we are sorry that you have had concerns and our new Home Manager will liaise closely with you so that we can meet with your expectations.

When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
