• All personal care, meals and activities are included in the monthly costs. The only additional costs are personal costs which are not attached to the home e.g. telephone bills (residents can bring local phone number), hairdressing and chiropody.

  Level 1 - £2995.00 per calendar month
  Level 2 - £3350.00 per calendar month
  Level 3 - £3750.00 per calendar month
