Thank you for your review. Coastal Lodge is a short-term rehab facility for post-hospital discharge, which is why our rooms are basic and not en-suite. We maintain adequate staffing, but like similar facilities, we can't always provide one-on-one support, so some wait times may occur. We're pleased to hear about your progress with our therapeutic activities. Please clarify when you were instructed to contact the GP, as some guests prefer to manage this themselves. Our team is available 24/7 with handovers between shifts. We addressed the issue with hard potatoes at the time. Regarding the egg mayonnaise, we've updated the team that it contains yolks. Your feedback about bland food will be shared with the cook and catering Manager. The limited breakfast is designed to encourage guests to prepare their own meals, aligning with our enablement ethos.
