My mother has been at Highview for a few years now due to a deterioration in her health. Although a little unsure at first about finding the right place for my mum I can honestly say that I am so pleased with the care my mum and all the residents received at High View. All the staff are very helpful
and nothing is too much trouble. Mum has made lots of friends and spends her days sat in the garden, dancing and singing. There is excellent communication from the managers regarding all aspects of my mum's care. It's a warm friendly home which I would recommend to anyone who needs peace of mind for their relative. The Managers strive to make every resident as safe and as comfortable as possible. They are excellent Managers and this reflects in the way the residents, relative and staff interact with them. I personally give Highview 5 Star.
