I visited a friend over Christmas, and the experience was delightful. I was impressed by the warm and festive atmosphere. The staff's genuine care and attention to detail were amazing. My friend was so happy and well looked after.

Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Seabourne House, who always made my mum feel special. I would like to name various people, but that would be unfair, as I would probably miss some out, but I think they will know who they are. Mum spent the last eleven months of her life at Seabourne
House and was very happy. The staff are happy, kind, thoughtful and treated my mum with dignity at all times. As soon as we first viewed the home it felt right, nothing ever seems too much trouble. If you are looking for a care home, I would recommend Seabourne House every time.

Staff are very friendly and listen to any of my requests or any information that I need to know regarding my mum's care. The home is very homely and clean. My mum likes the staff and assists her needs. They are all amazing. Mum enjoys the food and watching TV.

We viewed a lot of care homes - virtually and physically - over a two-year period but kept coming back to Seabourne House. Why? Because it feels like a real "home", with a dog resident free to roam, happy and motivated staff (always a goof sign0 and a lovely location and garden. Staff really cared,
and Mum often said how much she loved it here, and she made some good friends.

Mum feels that she is being spoken to as if she is a child rather than an adult.
It would appear that it is a "one-size fits all" with no individual approach depending on the resident's needs.

While we were keen to accommodate your Mother, the team could have waited for a room on the non-dementia unit rather than the short-term plan of utilising their single vacancy on their class-leading dementia unit to facilitate the admission in line with the requested timeline.
