Seabourne House is highly successful and caters for both non-dementia and dementia clients. While we were keen to accommodate your Mother, the team could have waited for a room on the non-dementia unit rather than the short-term plan of utilising their single vacancy on their class-leading dementia unit to facilitate the admission in line with the requested timeline.
