Background: Established Talbot Woods Lodge in March 1997, with extensive experience in various sectors including a zoo, retail, and ownership of a bespoke school for children with learning disabilities, NHS units and hospitals. She is a qualified teacher and former school, college and university lecturer for care and early years development. She was the South West Secretary and volunteer lifeguard for the Special Olympics as well as assisting in fundraising and support for events such as the Glasgow Olympics.

- Qualifications: Holds an HGV 1 license, NVQ 3 in health and social care, NVQ 4 in learning disability care, and Learning Disability Qualification Level 3.
- Hobbies: Enjoys caring for people and animals, previously maintaining a 14ft marine fish tank and panther chameleons. Currently runs a rescue kennel with his son, caring for up to 30 dogs. A dedicated fitness enthusiast who engages in weight training and circuits. Passionate about wildlife, having travelled to the Borneo rainforest to see orangutans, his favourite animal. Fond of exploring different countries and their wonders.
- Fun Fact: In his younger years, John once sported an electric pink Mohican.

- background: Elliott has over 17 years of experience in care having started as a care assistant at the age of 16 working his way up to a management level. During this time he has made many achievements such as working as a lifeguard voluntarily for the Special Olympics and working as a care ambassador providing talks to colleges, job centres and schools about what it is like to work in care. He has a great background in IT as he previously used to build and program computers and can often be seen tinkering with different aspects of the home to improve independence for our residents with automation and voice-activated controls.
- Qualifications: Elliott is a qualified Halliwick swimming therapist, and a qualified trainer in medication, behavioural management and moving and handling. Holds an NVQ 3 in health and social care, BSc Hons in Health and Social Care, City and Guilds 7300 Coaching Award.
- Hobbies: Elliott has a big passion for fitness and extreme sports, he loves kite surfing and kite buggies, paddle boarding and snowboarding to name a few. When he's not getting sporty he usually spends time at his rescue Dogs' kennels where between caring for them he also does animal therapy work with disabled adults. He is very enthusiastic about technology and often brings his knowledge to the home in the form of great experiences, virtual reality and all tools to improve people's care experiences. He has worked with numerous NGOs around improving care services on a local and national scale, has travelled to London to feature in training videos and eLearning courses and has been asked to showcase his work around Virtual Reality and its use in care and dementia services at seminars.
