Neil started his career in care in 1995 as a Care Assistant and has held several positions since. He has obtained his Level 4 and Level 5 diploma and Registered Managers Award.
Neil has recently transferred from Dorset House to Talbot View care home.
“I thoroughly enjoy my role as Home Manager and am very pleased to be part of the Talbot House team, providing excellent care and support to our residents by ensuring they have positive experiences.”
In his spare time, Neil enjoys spending time with friends and family.
