Talbot View is a modern and welcoming purpose-built residential and dementia care home in Ensbury Park, Bournemouth.

Talbot View has 59 welcoming and comfortable, fully furnished rooms, as well as a 24-hour call bell, ensuring residents are comfortable, safe and expertly cared for.

The experienced and well-trained team at Talbot View deliver compassionate care in a home-from-from atmosphere. All residents can enjoy a wide variety of activities and entertainment if they so wish, including trips to local landmarks in the Care South minibus.

Talbot View residents enjoy plenty of communal lounges for social interaction or quiet relaxation and the home has a lovely enclosed, sunny garden.

One of the best places to be in. Mum was so happy with everyone and the care was the best. The staff made us part of a family and it is always good coming back and see friends.

My mother is totally happy in her new surroundings and has seamlessly moved into her new environment. The minute you step in the front door you feel the relaxing ambience of the home and the staff could not be more helpful. I could quite happily spend my final years here.

The care generally was excellent. The staff and management showed a lot of love and care to both of us to the extent of us feeling like part of a family throughout the past 7 years. I could go home assured she was safe and in the best of care. The care was second to none, especially the last week of
my wife's life.

My grandmother has been a resident of Talbot View since 2008 and I thank all of the staff for their loving care over the years. Unfortunately, we are near the end and I can see how much the staff care for the residents through all their support at this testing time. Not only have the staff cared for
my grandmother, they have supported my grandfather and all of my close family. I cannot thank everyone enough for the dignified care for my grandmother and ongoing support for those that love her.

Neil Dominy

Job Title: Home Manager

Joined: 2024

Neil started his career in care in 1995 as a Care Assistant and has held several positions since. He has obtained his Level 4 and Level 5 diploma and Registered Managers Award.


Neil has recently transferred from Dorset House to Talbot View care home.


“I thoroughly enjoy my role as Home Manager and am very pleased to be part of the Talbot House team, providing excellent care and support to our residents by ensuring they have positive experiences.”


In his spare time, Neil enjoys spending time with friends and family.
