Visitors can come at any time without an appointment. The Knoll Care Home recognizes that choosing a care home may be a difficult and emotional time, and is here to help in any way possible. To meet with the manager or for private discussion, please phone to make an appointment. The Knoll Manager and staff are always happy to provide information regarding care and service at The Knoll. The manager is in the building most of the time as it is his passion to ensure members of staff provide person-centred care, to ensure service users are safe, healthy and cheerful.

Tim joined the team at The Knoll 16 years ago and is the homes maintenance operative and so much more.
Always busy keeping things at the home ‘ship-shape’ Tim goes above and beyond to make sure our residents are comfortable and content.
His daily deliveries of sweets and chocolate to both residents and colleagues are gratefully and enthusiastically received.
Tim is loved by all, his daily chats with residents brighten their days and when Tim does have a day off he is missed, a quote from a lovely lady resident with us “I don’t enjoy my weekends as much as I do my weekdays as I miss my daily chats with Tim”.
