I am not just extremely likely to recommend this care home, I take every opportunity to recommend it! It felt comfortable, friendly and well run from the very first time I entered it. Both of my parents moved in, over three years ago. Last December my father died there, and the love and care he received
were overwhelming. Everyone was solicitous, thoughtful and really helpful with my Mum and I, too. My Mum loves the singers and musicians who come regularly to entertain them. She is also very appreciative of the food. Her room is very comfortable. I really enjoy visiting my Mum as it feels like a family home. The carers are always happy to provide information and to help in any way. The people who have recently taken over the home have some exciting plans for improvement which I think will be great.

Whenever I visit the home to see my mum I always find the staff very helpful and cheerful. There is always a nice atmosphere. The staff have my upmost admiration for doing a wonderful job in sometimes trying and upsetting circumstances.

My mother attends the day centre twice a week. She seems to be happy about attending and enjoys her time there. She partakes in the activities and enjoys chatting to the staff and residents. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and excel at dealing with patients with dementia. Always happy to discuss
any worries or concerns. Excellent service altogether.

Queensbridge House is a warm and friendly house with a homely feel. Residents appear relaxed and well looked after. Staff are caring and treat residents with great respect. There are always activities going on to keep residents entertained and the staff go to great trouble to decorate the house and
garden for events throughout the year. If there was anything that could be improved we would request a little more help on arriving for our visit e.g. taking us to where our relative may be and a quick update on how they're doing.

My Aunt has been a resident for several years. During this period I have no significant problems. In terms of my overall perception with Queensbridge House is good. Staff friendly etc.

Mum is treated with respect and kindness, she is looked after better than we ever could at home and she is happy which is the main thing. The staff are excellent and treat everyone as if at home. I cannot fault anything. I would be happy to be a resident.
