Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. It has definitely been a very challenging year for our staff and residents.
I am so sorry that the communication regarding the abscess wasn't as proactive as we would have liked it to be. The whole process with GP and liaising with a Community Dentist took longer than expected due to the pandemic. However, we are so glad that we managed to get it sorted in the end and your cousin is so much happier.
