Knowing that you felt confident entrusting her care to us after being her sole carer for 6.5 years is truly gratifying. We take pride in our kind, helpful, and respectful staff who strive to make each resident's experience exceptional. Regarding your concerns about the lift and stairs, we want to assure you that the lift is indeed wheelchair accessible, although we acknowledge its size limitations. Additionally, due to the wooden staircase, natural creaks may occur. We'll certainly take your feedback on board and explore ways to mitigate noise levels.
