In line with current government guidance, we need to ensure that the number of visitors at our home is fair for all residents and it is maintained at a level that keeps our residents and staff safe in terms of infection control. We greatly value your feedback and we are pleased that you rate our overall standard as very good. After what has been a very difficult year we are now moving forward in the home to make improvements to enhance our service further. The new menu based on residents' choices will be introduced as from 26th April and, although we must maintain a level of social distancing within the home, we have also introduced a new activity planner. Communication and access to external services from Birmingham City Council and the NHS have been extremely challenging but now, as restrictions ease, hopefully, this situation will improve.

Thank you for taking the time to review Kerria Court. We are pleased that you are likely to recommend our home. Diabetic options are available daily on the menu and we respect choices made by our customers. We will explore increasing the number of options available and the chef will review menu options with the customer. Staff highlight appropriate choices and offer advice to diabetics to promote and encourage a healthy diet. We are continuously reviewing our range of activities we offer on a daily basis and will ensure a timetable of planned activities is made available personally to customers as well as visual displays around the home. It was agreed at the recent relatives' meeting to increase communication sharing by using email direct to management and to provide more opportunities for relatives to meet together with management.
