Overall Experience

My oldest friend resides at Digby Manor. I visit her weekly and I am always welcomed by the staff. If activities are going on I get involved with my friend and we enjoy our time together. She has settled very well into Digby Manor and I am very happy to know that she is content and looked after well.

Overall Experience

We have been extremely happy in the way that Digby Manor has been looking after our father. He is very happy with his surroundings and happy with the way in which he is being looked after. The manager and the team do a fantastic job.

Overall Experience

We needed to find care for Mum when Dad was no longer able to look after her. We visited a number of homes but Digby stood out for its warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kindness and reassurance from the manager and her team helped us no end. Mum settled very quickly and Digby Manor has encouraged her

to be herself and help out where she can! She had more happy days than she had in months and particularly enjoys the activities and entertainment.

Overall Experience

Even before Mom became a resident we were confident that Digby Manor and the care staff were right. Everyone we've met has exceeded my expectations in the level of care and attention provided to my mother and her fellow residents. At no time have I worried about the level of care provided and she has

settled in far quicker than I dared to hope which I believe is down to Digby Manor.

Overall Experience

The care provided at Digby Manor is excellent and focused on the resident's needs.
My dad has been a resident now for 3 years and I have always been informed and his well-being. The staff are caring and always have the resident's best interests at heart.

Overall Experience

Every aspect of mom's care during the final chapter of her life at Digby Manor was of the highest quality. Having to move mom out of her home of 68 years was daunting and traumatic for me personally as she had lost the capacity to recognise she could no longer cope without a permanent carer present.

That the move wasn't traumatic for mom was due to the warmth, care and professionalism of such an excellent, well-led team. Mom immediately felt safe, secure and welcomed by staff who are not just diligent in physical care, but also highly personable and clearly enjoy passing time with their residents. As a family, we will always be grateful mom's last months were spent at a place she immediately felt at home in and where we felt comfortable she was in the best hands. A big thank you to everyone at Digby Manor!

Overall Experience

The staff are extremely kind and nurturing, they respect all the residents they care for and treat them all really well. The whole residence is clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and ensure all residents are involved when playing games or doing activities. I visit every other week and

my friend always looks well and says how happy she is.

Overall Experience

All the staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable in regard to my wife. The room is spotlessly clean as well as the whole home. My wife is happy and settled, she loves the food and the whole feel of the home is comforting. As a relative, it makes you so content in the knowledge she is being cared

Overall Experience

My mum has now been at Digby Manor for three years and we are still delighted with the care and attention that she receives from all the lovely staff. It is a very friendly home and the management team is always on hand to assist with any query. We very much love the fact that we see the same staff

when we visit. Mum is very happy and has made lots of friends.

Overall Experience

All the staff are friendly and supportive whenever I visit, morning, afternoon and evening. The admin staff have time to put any issues at ease, especially one lady who listens attentively and is very empathetic about how the families feel. My mother is happy with her care and getting on with other

residents. Well done on winning a certain award for the 5th year running.

Overall Experience

My mother-in-law came in in December 2021. The care has been fantastic. Every day the staff are always caring and friendly. The home arranged a Zoom call with her sister and niece in Canada which was brilliant. We are so pleased we chose Digby Manor after looking at other care homes.

This will be my last review as Mom passed away on the 10th of April at 4.15 pm. We are so grateful to everyone at Digby Manor for their wonderful care, love and understanding while Mom was in their care. Digby Manor is an incredible home. I say home because that is what it is, a home from home.

Overall Experience

My dad is really well settled at Digby Manor Residential Care Home. My mum and I visit him weekly and he looks so well and happy. He enjoys his afternoon dominoes with his friends and getting out into the beautiful garden. The staff are always willing to help ensure that he's cared for.
