I had to extract my mother from Spain in an emergency. Greville House was available at short notice. On arrival, the staff were faultless and soon had my mother treated, cleaned and fed. As the days progressed it became clear that this home is outstanding in every detail.

My grandmother has been at Greville house for a year and in that time has begun to flourish. The Staff are exceptional and deal effortlessly with her complex and numerous medications and conditions. She is assisted discretely with washing and dressing, always being treated with dignity and care. There
are many new care homes in the market but what makes Greville House stand out from them all, is not the shiny new facilities but the deep understanding and support of the Staff that work there. There is a low Staff turnover, allowing staff to really get to know residents as individuals, and truly making Greville house their home
Entertainments are also very good, with a broad range of activities. My Grandmother particularly enjoyed the visit from the Alpacas! Food is straightforward but of a good quality. Rooms are on the small side but this has encouraged my nan to mix and make friends
Greville house Staff treat my Grandmother as if she were in their own family, with love and kindness.

You are always greeted with a smile. The atmosphere, once in the home, feels relaxed and calm. The layout of the home is roomy and well organised giving a pleasant spacious ambience. The staff appear very attentive to the resident's needs and nothing seems too much trouble. Time is allowed for the individuality
with both residents and their families. There is a diverse range of appropriate activities to engage and stimulate the participating residents. The preparation and quality of the food served to the resident is of a high standard.

Greville House is a lovely homely caring place. Staff are approachable and helpful. My mum is treated with dignity and respect. Food is brilliant - especially the home-made cakes! Visitors always made welcome. I am delighted we found mum such a great place to live and she has settled in well.

With Debbie having vast experience within the NHS and health and social care her 16+ years experience will provide efficient knowledge and training for our care team and service users. Kulvinder Kaur

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Kulvinder is an essential figure within Greville House. Kulvinder started as a care assistant back in 2003 and has worked her way up to the position of Deputy Manager in 2020.
Kulvinder knows all there is to know about our Greville house family and the house itself.
Being trained in all aspects of care and management having her NVQ 2 and 3 in care and NVQ 3 and 5 in management she is a real asset to Greville House with not only her vast knowledge but loving, selfless individuality.

Everyone needs a Cora! Cora is the glue of the care team here at Greville House.
Cora began her career here in 2012 and we have never looked back.
As a team leader Cora is responsible for the employees mandatory training, ensuring all is kept up to date and in accordance with the guidelines.
Cora is a fantastic carer with knowledge and compassion being the lady we all can call upon at any hour of any day without any hesitation.
Cora is trained in both her NVQ 2 and 3 in care and makes it her priority to know all that is needed to know with the ever changing care industry ensuring all staff have any and every training course available.

Laviza Masih

Job Title: Head Chef

Laviza is a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen!


Laviza has been at Greville house since 2005 and keep's a well run and organised kitchen - never failing to provide freshly prepared meals meeting and catering for all dietary and nutritional requirement's.


laviza creates and produces an era of well balanced, fresh and nutritious meals and menu options for our residents and will even bake a fresh cake or 2 a day!


Laviza has a care background and was just as much a fantastic care assistant as she is a chef!
Our food is definitely made with love and enjoyed thoroughly by all residents at Greville House.


No expense is spared with our menus and only fresh produce is prepared by Laviza.
