Very warm and welcoming staff team who go above and beyond. Dad has settled so well and I have seen a big change in him.
Management always at hand if you need them and respond to any issues or queries I have.

When I bought my father to Holmpark I was anxious, it's a big step. I was immediately put at ease with the genuine care the staff showed, nothing was too much trouble. His room was clean, modern and personalised. I have seen a change in my father, he is so happy and content. He tells me about the good
food, the entertainment and friends he has made. All management team are very approachable.

The staff have always been friendly and the home has been particularly careful during the pandemic. I feel that my sister is living in a home that meets

The home has coped well during the pandemic despite a recent outbreak of Covid. Visiting during the Covid restrictions is well organised and we are advised when visits need to be cancelled.
The manager was very prompt in addressing a complaint which we made concerning cleaning of my family friend's
room. The manager/deputy manager are always available, though Covid restrictions have limited this to email during Covid.
The care is excellent and she is exceedingly contented despite her increasing loss of short term memory.
We were greatly impressed at the start of the first lockdown when the manager set up a new television for her.
On the negative side; the cleaner frequently moves the furniture which is not good practice for a resident with dementia; also items of clothing disappear in the laundry from time to time (with random, unknown items appearing).

My mother is very happy here at Holmpark. I cannot fault the welcome from the manager and her team. Her room is spacious, kept clean and organised. Guests are welcomed and looked after too, as they appreciate the difficult decisions we have to make. We are kept fully informed and kept up to date. Phone
calls or video calls enable you to be in touch through any covid closure. Nothing appears too much trouble, even cakes and celebration on her birthday. A really friendly and professional team of carers. Thank you.

I can say of myself and my family that I am happy for the care that my mother received since she went to Holmpark. The staff and management are wonderful people; they have worked hard to provide care for my mum. She is always been clean, not just she, but all the residents. They have worked hard to

All staff are very friendly, treat my father with respect and are always prepared to listen to any concerns. Any issues with regard to my father's care have been dealt with in a professional manner and correct procedures adhered to. Prompt response by GP/nurse to any medical problems. Some areas of
the home need updating/refurbishment which I understand the manager is dealing with.

Breath of fresh air to find a care home that really does "care". Staff are understanding and sympathetic to residents needs. They are well cared for, with plenty of experience and cater for the resident's mental and physical requirements. There is plenty of things to do and always keep Mom occupied
with the opportunity to dance, keep fit classes, cocktail making etc. Recently visited and was quite surprised that Mom's room was spacious, clean and inviting. Great care home.

The care my mother received during her short stay at Holmpark was exemplary. The staff are kind, patient and caring. Mum was treated with dignity at all times. Getting to know mum's likes and dislikes is so important to the staff. Each person is treated as an individual and respected as such. I have
worked in the NHS for 40 years and can honestly say the care and compassion of Holmpark is outstanding.

My Grand Aunt stayed here since August 2017 and I must say I don't believe in putting your elders in care homes, but I try to visit once a week and I must stay the staff is exceptional. They put my mind at ease to feel my Grand Aunt is in a good place. So I must say thank you to all the staff and it
is a shame the wages they get paid for care staff, with the kind of work they do for the country.

I visited the place together with my friends as their mom was a resident. The facilities were bright and clean, full of sunlight and bright colours. The staff were polite and helpful, showing professional care for their residents. It was lunchtime so I could be present in the dining hall and see what
and how the residents were eating. The food was of a good quality and enough as in quantity.
My friends showed they were really happy to have their mother there.

From the moment we arrived, there was an instant warm welcome by the home manager and other staff. The staff were so helpful and friendly. There are so many services the home provides to ensure residents feel comfortable.
Culturally it met the residents' needs. I was with another guest who ate the
food and commented on how delicious it was and it did look amazing.

My mother was at Holmpark for 4 years, she was looked after with love and kindness and always treated with dignity. My sister and I cannot thank the staff enough for the way they took care of our mother.
She passed away in the hospital on June 24th 2018.

After 5 years of isolation since the death of my father, my mother was admitted to Holmpark in January 2018. In such a short period of time, my family and I have been totally overwhelmed by the care that has been provided for her.
We have seen my mother flourish more than we believed possible and
the professional approach by all the staff has ensured she is happy, surrounded by people with caring hearts and opportunities we could only dream of her having.
The recent open day allowed the home to show it’s full potential and I was so happy my family were able to attend and experience the Holmpark ethos for themselves.
Every member of staff is committed to the positive care required. My Mum has Alzheimer’s and I live 120 miles away from her, the weight of anxiety that I had when she was isolated and at home has been lifted completely.
I cannot praise the team and it’s leadership enough.

The staff are so friendly and caring. I have visited every day, for the last year, but last month I missed a day because of the snow. My friend was so worried and upset that I had had an accident, but one of the staff phoned to see if I was alright. It is the little things that the staff do without
thinking and makes the client relaxed and happy.

This home provides care in the broadest and fullest sense. The staff change very little and as such know residents extremely well and their needs, and it appears, become genuinely fond of them.
All staff are very approachable at all times. Dad led a very content life here, well fed, comfortable and
safe. As his family, we could not have wished for more.
