Thank you taking the time to write this review, which I am aware is based on feedback you gave to me in 2024 and has since been rectified. Whilst staff recruitment can certainly be an issue in the sector, at Lucton House we have an incredibly strong retention rate, with many of our staff having worked here for many years. We are also very proud to have 0% agency use as well, something not many care homes are able to boast. I am unsure where your observation on staff leaving comes from, but I would be happy to chat to you and show you why this is not the case. As the issues you have spoken about here were fully addressed when you brought them to my attention last year and you have not raised them since, I assume the matter has been concluded to your satisfaction but as always, I operate an open door policy and a culture of open feedback should you wish to speak with me at any time.
