Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding Madeleine House. We are committed to providing food that is freshly cooked and of a high standard at each meal service which is varied to ensure good nutritional value. We are currently improving the experience for all residents by recruiting a Deputy Chef Manager and ensuring that all kitchen staff are trained to a high standard. We are devising the spring/summer menus, of which residents will be a part of, to ensure that they are been supported and encouraged in the decisions that take place in the home. Resident participation will include some tasting sessions whereby residents are encouraged to sample some foods and then make choices of what they would like to be added to the menu, with management oversight to ensure this is a varied and well balanced.
