I was extremely concerned regarding my step-father's respite stay at Beechwood Gardens as he had deteriorated very quickly during the time since his assessment of needs by the manager and his assistant. As soon as I witnessed the wonderful care and compassion given by the staff I knew he would be safe
and well cared for by those warm and loving and compassionate people. I cannot praise them enough! Professional, efficient, understanding, reliable and caring. Thank you.

My mother has been a resident for a few weeks now, following her discharge from hospital. She has been treated with courtesy and kindness by the staff and has been provided with professional care at all times.

Overall I am glad my Dad is happy here. I wish maybe a TV in each of the living rooms as my Dad is not a big soap fan and likes his documentaries and sport.

Thank you for your feedback. One of our lounges is classed as a 'quiet lounge' for those residents who are more poorly and prefer to be in a quieter location but still remain in the company of others rather than being alone in their room. You do raise a very good point and I will ensure that your comments are fed back to the staff to ensure that we cater to Dads needs in future by ensuring that there is more variety on the communal television to include documentaries and sports. My mother has been a resident since December 2013 and is under a DOL order. I believe she is well cared for. She has some enjoyment and likes the company and food at Beechwood Gardens. I visit every week, she doesn't know who I am but is capable of conversation and generally cheerful. My mother does
not like personal care but the staff are gentle and patient with her and I am confident that her safety and well being is paramount and she is treated with dignity.
