This is a small home (maximum 10 residents) with the personal touch, which helped to settle mum, recently redecorated, new furniture and beds, lovely home-cooked food and lovely friendly staff taking care of mum.

My moms been a resident at Micron House since August 2021. I have no complaints about her care and welfare. She is happy and settled, looked after by caring staff in a warm, friendly environment with just nine other residents, enjoying home-cooked food. Mom's visitors are always made to feel welcome
and have built up a good rapport with the staff, and are always kept informed. I am so pleased that Micron House was recommended to me.

My mom has been a resident in Micron House since June 2021. She has had wonderful care the staff are lovely and have always made me and my sister very welcome at the home if we have had any worries about mom they have gone above and beyond to help us. I recommend Micron House Mom enjoys her meals and
seems very happy there.

Brilliant little care home, very homely for the residents, great staff, and lovely homemade food for the residents.
Always a warm welcome from both residents and staff.
You can tell the residents are treated with love and respect, and staff go way beyond to accommodate.

My mom is a resident in Micron House and she has come on so well being looked after there, it’s a small residential home, we like it because it’s more of a one-to-one which is what my mom needs. Mom suffers from vascular dementia she doesn’t like noise and it’s peaceful for her in there, staff are very
good too, making us welcome when we visit. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is newly decorated and always kept tidy at all times. They serve up home-cooked food, meals are five-star, Mom enjoys all her meals.

My mom has been in the home Micron House for 8 months, the manager and all of the ladies who work there are amazing, they look after all of the residents their as if they would be looking after their own relatives!
The home is friendly, small and the people there as all a lovely bunch of people
The
manager and others go out if their way to help and care for them , making sure at Christmas, Halloween, pancake , and other special times of the year the residents are enjoying things ! Thank you to you all as you all continue to care for mom and the others xx

My mom is currently in this care home. All of the staff have made our mom very welcome and comfortable. The manager and the wonderful staff go above and beyond to take care of the residents with dignity and compassion. The manager is always available and keeps us informed even on her day off. They are
an amazing team and genuinely care about the people they take care of.

At this sad time, I wanted to write on behalf of the family to thank Micron House for the love and care they gave him across the 4 years he spent with you. We know he found plenty of opportunities to have some banter and a laugh and whilst we know there were times when he gave you a few challenges,
this never changed the desire to do the best thing for him. Knowing he had such care this year when we were unable to spend time with him ourselves, has made the strange situation created by the pandemic and him passing easier to deal with. We will remain very grateful for all that the management and staff at Micron have done.

My mom who had Alzheimer's dementia amongst other medical problems was a resident at Micron House from June 2019 until she passed away in May 2020.
I honestly cannot fault the care she received in all of her time at Micron.
The management and staff are the most caring and professional people I could
have possibly hoped for.
My mom was treated with nothing but dignity, respect and compassion and all of her medical problems were treated with appropriate care to meet her needs.
We were both made to feel like we were taken into a 'Micron family' where I was made to feel that I too could trust and appreciate the outstanding level of care my mom received.
The house is so homely and the food is all home-cooked.
I really can't thank Micron House enough for the exceptional care, love and support that they gave to my mom.

Me, my family, my neighbours and all my friends clapped for Micron House on Thursday. My mom passed away this week, and the care she received in the past two years has been fantastic. It was the best decision we ever made; she was treated with dignity and respect right to the end of her life. I could
tell by the way she responded to the staff when I was there how good they were to her and she wasn't the easiest of residents to take care of. The food was always excellent, proper home-cooked food and mom enjoyed every mouthful.
Thank you doesn't seem enough to say; they are all the most wonderful thoughtful staff you could find.

My Dad passed away at Micron House on the 10th of March. He had been a resident since 7th November. I have to say the care he received from the staff has been exemplary. He was treated with dignity and respect at all times. He was in the best place until the end and as a family, we cannot thank the
staff at Micron House enough for the care they gave not only to my Dad but to us as a family in what has been a distressing time. We will never forget their kindness and for treating my Dad as if he was their own.

My dad has recently passed away, he was a resident at Micron House. The care there has been above and beyond, my dad only had 4 months there but, we as a family are happy he was cared for there. We cannot fault their patience and kindness, he was well looked after by all the staff and during his last
few weeks, the carers were outstanding towards my dad and to us. I only wish he could have been there longer.

My mother was a resident of Micron House until she passed away.
Micron House staff gave her the care and attention of a family, as well as professional carers.
I live abroad and visited my mother as often as possible and the staff at Micron House made an effort to FaceTime me with mum on a regular
basis, which was like seeing her and made being so far away bearable.
The catering was amazing and an added comfort knowing that food was made on the premises.
At the time of mum's death, the care and attention we received was a terrific support.

Albeit my mother spent a short amount of time in Micron House, the time she did have she settled in nicely, which was due to the loving caring manner of all of the staff working at the home.
The home itself is small and comfortable with a feeling of being home from home about it. Mom suffered with
Vascular Dementia and on many occasions would be unsettled and disturbed spending many nights awake roaming around. She was always looked after through these times without issue or complaint.
The manager is a true carer of people and understands the needs of family members as well as the person being cared for, an absolute credit to the carer business.
Highly recommended home for your loved ones to be comfortable and cared for exceptionally well with a feeling of being loved by everyone, not just family members.

My mother in law went into Micron House the end of October 2016 after fracturing her hip. The care she received was excellent, she was always treated with respect and dignity and was fed wholesome nourishing meals which she thoroughly enjoyed. Sincere thanks to the manager and her dedicated staff. Sadly
my mother in law passed away peacefully in March but myself and my husband will be eternally grateful for the care and kindness she received during her comparatively short time at Micron House. Having to find a care home for a loved one is a very difficult time, but Micron House is the nearest you will find to a home from home feel. I cannot praise this care home enough and again I would like to thank the manager and her staff for making the last months of my mother in laws life happy, comfortable and well cared for. Thank you all.
