When we first went to the care home we were made welcome by staff and carers. They asked if we needed anything or to know anything that we wanted to know, they were there.

My brother was admitted as part of a step down from intensive care. The care he received as part of his rehabilitation was good. He was made very welcome and comfortable. The staff were very attentive towards his considerable needs.

My mum spent the last eight weeks of her life at Russell Court and was cared for with compassion and respect. My mum and her room/bathroom were kept immaculate. Staff were very kind and caring and are a credit to the care sector.

Our friend was a resident at Russell Court Care Home from February to December when she passed away. From the first day until the last, we can honestly say our friend was treated with the utmost care and attention. She was looked after with dignity and love. Nothing was too much trouble. The home itself
was clean and modern. The best thing about Russell Court was that we knew that when we weren't able to be with her that she was cared for. A mention for all of the staff. They were always so welcoming, professional, attentive and very kind. We cannot thank them enough. My dad spent the last few weeks of his life at Rusell Court. The staff there were excellent and always on hand to help with his care, including dressing and feeding and personal care. They got him dressed and put him into a wheelchair so we could take him out into the garden as he wished to have fresh
air and feel the sun on his face. On his passing, they were helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this home. Many thanks to all the staff.

My mom has been at this care home since July. I can honestly say myself and mom could not have wished for better care. The staff work really hard and nothing is too much trouble for them, the same goes for management and nursing staff. I know mom is going to miss everyone and I will miss seeing all

This is an exceptional home, compassionate and care is shown at all times to residents and visitors - clean, and smells good all the while. Its always been a good home since mum and dad were in but became exceptional under the manager who is supreme.

As a professional with experience of visiting care and nursing homes, I have no hesitation in saying Russell Court is one of the best in which I've set foot. The staff are warm, welcoming, caring and considerate, thoughtful and committed to providing a high standard of care; in a word, brilliant!
Our
mother was discharged from Russell Hall Hospital for terminal care. The handover was not planned well by the hospital in that she required expert pain management, management that went unarranged. This placed the care staff in a difficult position because it was abundantly clear they too were distressed by mother's pain which was extreme on movement. The concern of the staff was heartwarming and they did their very best to liaise with the responsible GP Practice to procure adequate management of the pain. In this, they were not entirely successful, but the responsibility for that was vested in those responsible for arranging mother's discharge from hospital, not Russell Court.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and dignity my late father received during his short time at the nursing home. He was treated with compassion yet humour at the time he needed it. His room and meals were all above expectation and all his laundry was carefully considered. I have nothing but

So happy with the care, love and attention my mum is receiving from Russell Court Care Home. The staff are wonderful and the ambience creates a home from home feeling. The only negative, which Russell Court have no control over, is the physiotherapy which is awful. This week she's had one occupational
therapy session and zero physio. Although I was told by the therapist she was seeing and assessing Mum three times per week. I would totally recommend Russell Court. The staff go above and beyond.

Sorry, I cannot complete all fields as my husband was bedridden, so did not use all facilities and activities. He was funded. Management was excellent, nursing staff were helpful and supportive. Nurses gave helpful advice to me to prepare me for looking after my husband at home as the home was a stepping
stone until a care package would be arranged for help to me at home. The staff looking after my husband were caring, friendly, efficient and full of smiles - a really happy environment.

Hello, I am Kiran Qayum. I am the Service Provider of Russell Court Nursing Home. I am an Adult Nurse and have been working in the care sector since the age of 18. I have been the Service Provider of the home since we opened in 2020 - I am so proud to be part of the team here. At the start of my nursing journey, I worked in busy wards at a big, local hospital - moving to Russell Court has allowed me to get to know our residents and spend time with each and every one. My passion is to provide tailored, personalised care for every resident at Russell Court.
