My mother needs 24-hour care, and she gets it! The place is lovely and clean, and the meals are very good and varied. Would recommend Russell Court to anyone searching for a nursing home for close relatives. All of the staff are very friendly, pleasant and cheerful.

This was an extremely good experience. I was looked after during my recovery extremely well. I could not have asked for anything better; it is like a big family at Russell Court. All carers were kind, very helpful and cared about us all. I was sad to leave but happy that they had helped me get well
again.

My mother became a resident for end of life care in November 2021. During her stay, until she passed away in February 2022 she was always treated with great care and consideration. The staff are excellent and well managed. Covid precautions are first class.

I felt that the majority of staff went above and beyond what was expected of them, and you always get the very few who need a change of career. The job is a thoughtless one at times, and people very often forget to say "thank you". The end of life care was all I could have asked for. I am sad that the
necessary funds and staffing levels are not provided to you by Government, but I commend you all for the job you do under such difficult circumstances.

The home is a revelation. The staff are superb; nothing is too much trouble. It's very clean, my wife's care is excellent, and she is treated with dignity.
I cannot praise the home too much. I wish all care homes could be as good as Russell Court.

My mum has only been in residence for just over a week. However, everyone has been extremely kind to her. She has said she couldn't ask for any better care or anything else. She has been treated with consideration and dignity for which her family are very grateful. The general atmosphere is a happy
one and though there are some sad times it's good to see so many smiling faces. They are all my mum's "Angels". Thank you.

Premises and new staff team are doing a good job with the relaunch of an old home which was apparently struggling beforehand. Two weeks isolation period for residents coming out of hospital which is a long time without a visit, but I would imagine is fairly standard at the moment.

The care received by my mother-in-law from the staff at Russell Court has been excellent. Within a few days, we saw a vast improvement in my mother-in-law's condition. Hair washed, nails manicured and painted, she was very happy with her wonderful care, nothing is too much trouble. The staff are friendly,
helpful and kind. A huge well done to everyone at Russell Court, you are all amazing. The food is excellent with lots of variety and the rooms are lovely.

I was more than happy with the care at Russell Court. Lovely friendly staff, always approachable if I wanted an update. I would have been happy for Mom to have stayed there. Mom was made welcome and soon felt settled.

Lovely place that gives great care to my grandad who suffers with dementia. All the staff have been great with him, they regularly sit with him on a night when he is agitated and can't sleep. I would much prefer him to be at home but I am happy that he is being cared for well.

My grandad is at Russell Court being looked after by a fantastic team of staff. They are also kind, the food is excellent. The home is lovely and clean. He loves it there and he loves all the staff, lots going on and lots of laughter.

I have found the place welcoming and very clean. The staff are very friendly and approachable, with a very caring approach towards residents and family members. The manager was very helpful and reassuring at this difficult time, when the home had to be chosen for my father, and spent a lot of time discussing
my father's needs and life history to support his admission.

The care at Russell Court has been amazing. The staff are pleasant, kind and most of all care! Which the latter is quite rare in some nursing homes. I have complete confidence that they all take great care of my grandmother, she will spend her final moments here and if she can't be at home I couldn't

Hello, I am Kiran Qayum. I am the Service Provider of Russell Court Nursing Home. I am an Adult Nurse and have been working in the care sector since the age of 18. I have been the Service Provider of the home since we opened in 2020 - I am so proud to be part of the team here. At the start of my nursing journey, I worked in busy wards at a big, local hospital - moving to Russell Court has allowed me to get to know our residents and spend time with each and every one. My passion is to provide tailored, personalised care for every resident at Russell Court. I am responsible for the care of elderly residents who require long-term care and support.
