I am genuinely sad to hear you did not have a positive experience during your Nan's stay with us and apologise for any part we had to play with that. We take all reviews very seriously, good or bad. Dad was always clean and well-dressed when I visited, and I could tell that he felt comfortable and safe there.
The staff seemed to know instinctively how to treat Dad so that he did not feel threatened or challenged in any way, and it was obvious that he felt happy and well looked-after.
My thanks go out to all the staff, they are a credit to their profession.
