My mother has been resident in this home since October 2018. We visit Mum four times approximately per week so we see the day to day running of the home.
The day staff are really nice and helpful and so is the management. Mum has problems with the night staff. The house is clean and the food is good
- home cooking - just needs more choice.
A few more activities would be nice during the week.
Issues we have had have been reported and acted upon but still occasional problems which we will resolve.

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate we have small issues now and again, but please be assured we act promptly on any concerns our residents have with any issue. We are also addressing the menus and will be consulting with all residents on what they would like to eat. Our residents are our family and we are there for there needs.

It is a comfort to know that my dad is safe and secure and being well looked after. I do think that a change of scenery now and then would help. I would take him, but due to his lack of mobility and mental state, that may prove problematic.
I think activities or outings do stimulate and help mentally
and physically.
He is safe and being well cared for and that is all we ask.

I visit my brother weekly and always find him well looked after i.e. clean, tidy, clean shaven and well fed. His room is always clean and tidy. Bed made and clothes hanging in the wardrobe. Staff appear to be caring and attentive. My brother has settled well into Bescot Lodge and appears quite comfortable
and contented when I visit.

Friendly staff, very informative about the specific resident. Management is helpful and keeps up to date information available. Residents are all clean and amply dressed. Pleasant atmosphere for residents and visitors.
