Would just like to say The Cedar Grange has become a second home for me and my family as my mom is a resident. I can only praise all the staff for everything they do for my mom. Nothing is too much trouble and Mom's care is spot on. She enjoys a wide range of activities and especially loves the karaoke
and dancing afternoons.

Carers are very hardworking and polite and professional. They have an extremely demanding job and look after various residents who sadly have complicated medical issues and on occasion residents are quite verbal and abusive. The carers do an excellent job however I sometimes think they could do with
more help there. Residents need to go to the toilet and sometimes have to wait until there is a carer available which I understand but they have accidents. Sometimes as you walk in you can smell urine. Carers have a lot of patience and are very caring when speaking to residents. Senior nurse absolutely a diamond, helpful and professional with any queries, proactive, need more like her. Always helpful if you have any queries. Doctors visit every Monday and you can be there for consultation as well. Staff monitor residents' welfare, and needs. Manager approachable and helpful. Entertainment lady another diamond. Again you need two of her. One for each side so residents have activities all day.

Amazing friendly staff always cannot fault the team a tall. Thank you for everything you do, my father-in-law has settled in well. Nothing is ever any trouble and the residents are all very well looked after, no issues at all.

My mom was there, the staff went above and beyond to make her feel happy and comfortable, which she did, I can't thank them enough, it's a brilliant care home, all the staff are so helpful, I would recommend The Cedar Grange Care Home 100%.

Everyone is caring, compassionate, friendly and they do so much for all the residents. Lots of activities, lovely atmosphere. Very clean and welcoming home and meals are given when the resident wants.

On the 18th of March 2024 we moved our dad into The Cedar Grange Care Home and oh my goodness I am so glad we did. The love, care, encouragement and compassion that is shown to my dad on a daily basis is absolutely amazing. All the people who care for Dad couldn't treat him better if he was their own
family. The celebrations, music, dancing and activities are incredible too. Thank you to each and every one of you, you are all terrific.

My Mom has recently moved to Cedar Grange on the day of the move (which is quite stressful) all the staff, carers, management, domestic, and maintenance were so helpful and supportive. A week later carers are supporting my Mom with her care/nursing needs alongside management. They are helping her to
interact and engage in activities and ensure her needs are met, from the chef asking what food Mom likes to eat, to carers encouraging a smile. I feel supported by the communication and openness of all the team and know Mom is being cared for in a friendly environment.

My father is a resident of this care home and I cannot thank the staff enough for the standard of his care. He is always treated with dignity and respect. If he needs anything to help him it is always done immediately. The family are always kept well informed of any issues with his health. The food

All staff I have come into contact with have been extremely pleasant and helpful, all areas are clean and tidy and meals seem to be of good quality and selection. Safety of vulnerable residents appears to be very good. There is ample parking for visitors.

Wouldn't hesitate in anyone coming to the home, the staff are marvellous, the facilities are really good, the entertainment they have is really good for my mom. My mom is very happy here, considering she is 99 years of age.

This is such a lovely caring place for my aunt to be in. It's clean and smells nice. all of the staff know my aunt by name and anyone I approach can answer my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Cedar Grange Care Home. My experience with my mother has been positive. The manager and her team are lovely and caring. I have no worries knowing she is being cared for and looked after. a certain member of staff is amazing, she keeps them all entertained. Mum is happy

My wife came into The Cedar Grange on the 7th of January 2021, and every time I visited her, she would say I want to go home, this happened many times during the first two years. Then the property was sold by the owner due to ill health and a family bereavement. The new owners held a meeting with all
the people with loved ones in The Cedar Grange, they promised to carry on the work to improve Cedar Grange, it is now like a cosy cottage, and my wife is now contented and the staff are very good and helpful too.

We visited our friend for the first time in this care home and we were very impressed. It is clean and spacious and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. It was nice to see our friend so happy. Our mom has been in The Cedar Grange Care Home for about three years now.
From August 2022, the new manager and deputy managers, all the staff have been amazing to our mom and with Mom's care.
One member of staff is a breath of fresh air to Cedar Grange and all residents and family in our eyes.
Managers
and staff are all a credit to Cedar Grange, they work so hard from what we see.
We can always approach them with anything, nothing is too much trouble for them to help you or answer any questions we ask them regarding our mom.
At Cedar Grange, you can see the changes they have done so far to make it a lot more homely, new entrance is a lot more welcoming, and making progress of what they said they were going to do at family meetings we have.
Our dad has had his meals with our mom on a number of occasions, he always says how lovely and tasty the food is there.
We, as a family, know our mom is well taken care of, we can leave after every visit knowing this.

Here we are, another 18 months down the line, my Mum has been at Cedar Grange for 3 and a half years now. I have seen a lot of changes during this time, ownership, and management, and I'm happy to say these changes have all been positive. The place is now looking more homely, and Mum continues to thrive,
smiling and laughing and very content! It's an absolute delight to see the level of care Mum receives, the manager and the team are doing an amazing job and I truly cannot thank them enough. Mum recently had her 90th birthday, for which we feel truly blessed and grateful because we have no doubt that if not for the care she is receiving at Cedar Grange our Mum would not have seen such an iconic birthday! We're pretty certain that she may yet get that telegram from the king!
It's so heartwarming to see how much Mum is loved and cared for, so again a massive thank you to all the staff at Cedar Grange, hereos! Each and every one of you!
