The people at the home look after my mom very well and are very patient. The activities they provide are brilliant and keep my moms mind active. My mom had been at the home for nearly two years and has settled in well. This is thanks to the care proved. Thank you

We are currently awaiting the CQC inspection report after reporting this service for poor care and treatment. I have never in my 40 years in the care industry experienced such dreadful care and treatment of elderly people, my mum was a nervous wreck when we got her moved from there after only 3 days,
she still has nightmares about the place. Please please check there report when it's available on-line before considering placing a loved one there because I would hate for other vulnerable people to have the same experience my mum had. Please read the evidence when it's available because I'm sure if there is any compassion in social care it will reflect the concerns I raised.

My husband moved in there in August and I go every day. My husband is clean and comfortable every time I go. Nothing is too much for them, whatever we ask them to do, the carers and staff are very helpful. My husband is very happy there and that makes me happy knowing he is getting the best care and
Cedar Grange certainly do that.
