The house is beautiful and it is always lovely and clean but the thing that makes this home so special is the lovely staff that work there.
I hope that one day if I ever need to live in a care home that it would be one as special as this one.

Thank you for your feedback.
When working with dementia it can appear very busy, as we have health care professionals visiting and entertainment on occasions, this can also make the environment feel busy.
Our residents all have the opportunity to take part in a progressive mobility programme as well as working on motivation which are delivered by independent companies. Both these independent providers deliver an exercise programme to suit all abilities both mentally and physically, our staff encourage all service users to take part however it is the personal preference of each individual as to whether they wish to take part.

Thank you for your response. I can only say that our staff have not felt they are overworked just that due to the nature of dementia care, in particular, it can appear quite busy, especially if there are activities taking place. In addition, we request visits from healthcare professionals for the well-being of our service users as and when required, this can also make the home feel and look very busy. We do ensure our staffing levels meet the required standards and regularly listen to staff feedback.
