Just back from visiting my Mom in the care home, and wanted to say how she has thrived since arriving in February. She is far more mobile and staff encourage her, they have succeeded where the hospital and rehab failed. She has people to talk to, she enjoys the food and they have just celebrated Halloween,
the home was decorated for the occasion. Birthdays are also celebrated. So thank you to all staff who look after my Mom I know you have a difficult job and have to have the patience of a saint. Small is obviously best.

My mother was a temporary resident here before moving to Dorset to be near family.
The care she received whilst a resident was extremely good. Being a small establishment the staff can give 100% time to all residents with different care needs. Mom was always clean, tidy and well groomed, she increased
her appetite and was happy. The staff are dedicated and kind. I was very happy for my mom to be cared for here.

This is a lovely, friendly home, I feel content knowing that my mother is living is such a nice home. The staff are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them, my mom's eating has improved greatly, this is down to the patience and encouragement of the staff, this is a small home and I personally
feel they can give more time to my mother, I would recommend this home if your family member likes to feel part of a family and not just a name, she is going on holiday with the manager and some of the staff, my mother would never have gone away before! My husband and I are really grateful to Mountfield, Thank you!
