Ashley Court Care is a residential care home for up to 30 Residents, providing personalised care in a homely environment, where each person is treated as an individual and with respect and dignity. The care home is ideally located close to the town centre and can be easily accessed from surrounding areas by public transport.

The 30 single rooms are equipped with en-suite facilities and residents can enjoy time relaxing or socialising in the home’s lounges and large, landscaped gardens. Ashley Court Care has an in-house hairdressing studio and offers residents access to other services including a doctor, optician, audiologist, dentist and chiropodist. Residents can take part in regular outings and activities.

The home provides long term and short term care, including respite care. It is also able to care for those living with dementia, working with families to provide the best experience possible.

I have been here several times to see a resident that is hoping to stay here. The care I have seen is A++. They look after us and the resident. A*. Excellent all the way.

I'm pleased with the way they look after my brother. He has had some lovely Christmas's and Birthdays here and it seems a happy and friendly home and the carers always have time to listen to the people in the home and talk to them.
I have been coming to this home for quite a few years and I haven't
found anyone who hasn't got time to talk or see what they would like or need.

Good care and support for my aunt since she arrives at Ashley Court in summer 2018. Despite my aunt's dementia and breast cancer, she managed to retain her mobility and quality of life until she passed away peacefully aged 98.

It was a very stressful period for us all as a family as Mum had had a series of bad falls and taken into hospital as an emergency, and then into Ashley Court for one week only as respite. So the clock was ticking and yet the staff are the key to Mum being more relaxed and calmer than ever and being
in excellent hands. It was hard also as she was surrounded by many residents with dementia, but again, the staff kept her morale up and spirits going. Cannot thank you enough.

They could not do enough to help my mother-in-law, my wife and her daughter. Nothing was to much trouble for them, and they were of great help when dealing with the hospital where my mother-in-law was transferred from. The premises are of a very clean standard, and facilities are perfect for the needs
of my mother-in-law.

I have found all the care staff at this home to be absolutely wonderful. They make my mum very, very contented and even kiss her goodnight. They are happy to do anything she needs and nothing is too much trouble. She really enjoys the food and comforts of home from home. I'm so happy to leave her in
here knowing she is happy and contented and safe. I don't have to worry about her falling over, it's such a relief.

My father-in-law was admitted for respite care on 21st September and we haven't seen him this happy in a long time. He has settled very well and doesn't want to leave. The staff have been really good and helpful.

Mum had her 100th birthday. The staff helped to give her an amazing day. She's been here for 2 years and has been very happy. She is walking again, which she was unable to do when she was first admitted.

My wife was resident at Ashley Court for two weeks respite she quickly settled in and all the care staff were very friendly and helpful to both my wife and myself when I visited. The care staff were responsive to my wife's requirements when needed and I felt she was looked after within a safe and secure
environment in a kindly manner. Management and staff worked well together. I would have no hesitation in placing my wife here again at Ashley Court for respite or longer term as and when the need may arise.
