Our sincere condolences on the passing of your mother, she was a much loved member of our home and she will be missed. We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the service you received, particularly in terms of the change in management, which we understand can be unsettling for the people we support. We are sorry that nobody from the home was able to attend your mother’s funeral, the team was very saddened by this, and this was due to the distance between the home and the location of the funeral, which the staff team were unable to travel to. We do hope you received the home’s floral tribute.
