I hope you found our meeting helpful. I was pleased to show you that the mobile phones you refer to were in fact the devices used by staff as part of the digital care planning system and not mobile phones. I know you found it reassuring to see that your mother-in-law had almost 1-1 care during the time she was with us. We discussed that your mother-in-law now has 24/7 live-in 1-1 care and that we will always be available to support her with respite in the event of any emergency.

When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
