Every time we go my Mum always looks very clean and tidy. Staff are always very nice and very caring and happy to help in any way they can. Always showing care to my mum. Mum's room is always clean and very tidy.

We have found Haresbrook Park Care Home to be exceptional in their care, my mother in law has settled in really well, she has been there for 12 months and is very happy. My experience is that they go above and beyond.
There are so many acts of kindness that I just wish I could detail them here, It
honestly feels like an extended family.
She loves her room, she is doing activities that she never would have done for example swimming.
They encourage her to take pride in her appearance and in my opinion, she has gained a far better quality of life since being there.
We have attended many events and it's always a fun time with great food, they have a better social life than me!

I can't believe what I am reading in these negative reviews. All I can say is that when I am visiting the staff are happy and friendly and are doing all they can to make sure they are giving care to the residents. I have seen many care homes fail to give care. This however is not one of them. It's so
easy to put the blame on those caring for our loved ones when we morn the loss of loved ones ourselves maybe it's the guilt we couldn't get to see them much or have done more ourselves

The staff do try to get things right every time and we acknowledge that we are not perfect. The staff team here work hard and we have kept COVID away throughout the last 2 years which is not an easy thing to do with residents who have a Dementia.

My Dad went in for respite before Christmas, he has settled in really well and seems very happy there. He is well looked after and all of the staff. I have encountered during my visits are lovely.

My husband went in for respite care in December 2021. He has settled in very well and is extremely well cared for, and is very happy there. All the staff are friendly, helpful, caring and compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It is an extremely happy environment.

Just think before you use this place.
I’m totally destroyed with myself because I left my dad here.
I wish I could go back.
I would not leave my beloved dog here.
I miss dad more than life.
They made so many mistakes.
Yet will get away with it.
My life is just full of guilt because I left
dad here with these people.
Lies lies.
I hope nobody else goes to hell like I’m in.

I visited on 24/09/2021. The staff were helpful and courteous. The accommodation was clean and tidy. My relative said that the staff were a lovely bunch, what more can you say.

During our visits to Haresbrook and during telephone contacts, the staff have always been most helpful and welcoming. I am more than satisfied with the caring manner in which my aunt's dementia is being managed and the overall efficiency and management of the home.

The experience was stress-free, I felt secure in the knowledge that Dad was in excellent hands.
The whole team were super efficient from the administrator who I first dealt with to the manager.
I was treated with respect and felt comfortable discussing Dad's many medical and emotional needs. I would
highly recommend this care home for long and short term occupancy.
I cannot thank them enough.

All staff are very helpful, they explain everything in detail. It is very clean and tidy. The food and care are second to none. My brother is quite happy here. So from what I've seen, they are all doing a top job and also the surrounding grounds are peaceful and picturesque.

All the staff that we have met to date are very friendly, helpful and efficient when dealing with our aunt who is a resident (and ourselves when we visit or telephone). The home's staff give the impression of being highly knowledgeable regarding dealing with residents suffering from dementia in order
to make their lives more relaxing, peaceful and acceptable. A great deal of empathy for residents is displayed.

My father-in-law is spending 2 weeks here for respite care. We visited for the afternoon and were very impressed by the accommodation, the lovely situation and mostly the kind reception we received from all members of staff. My father-in-law seemed very relaxed and we felt that he was most definitely
in the right place for his care needs.

We went to visit my sister today for the first time in 15 months, due to Covid, she looked amazing and well cared for - we had tears in our eyes. I do have to say they have made a great improvement to the home, we are very grateful to all the staff. We were treated with high respect on our arrival.

Sadly we are still not allowed to go inside the home because there is still no testing facilities available. As far as I can see my aunt seems comfortable.

Up to 5 visitors per resident are allowed to visit, albeit it not all at once, but you must undertake a Lateral Flow Test prior to seeing your relative or evidence to us that you have had a negative Lateral Flow Test result up to 24 hours previous.
