Our weekly fees are individual to each of our residents and are subject to a pre-admission assessment, which is required to understand the level of care and support needed. Our 2025 weekly care fees for residential care start from £1343 but may be in the region of 30% more*. This depends on your care needs and the type of bedroom that is right for you, from our standard rooms through to our premium bedroom options.
*If you require more specialist care such as 1-2-1 support, your weekly fee could be higher.

I would recommend Heathlands very highly to anybody young or elderly. It's so spotless here. Beautiful gardens. The staff are always smiling and happy it's a care home I would love to live in or any of my relatives or friends. Absolutely fantatsic. I would love to thank the all the staff and management for all the care they give me.

Thank you so much for your review, the positive comments and recommendation. We pride ourselves on spending quality time with our residents so always make sure that we have a higher staff ratio to enable us to achieve this. Our dedicated activities leader spends time delivering activities to our residents across the home and in addition, supports our care staff so that they can carry out activities in their units on a one-to-one and group basis. Caring for our residents and supporting my dedicated team are of paramount importance. I do have to spend time running our home in a practical sense, but I balance this with spending quality time with our residents and my team - and my door is always open to them and to loved ones if you would like to discuss anything further with me.
