St Stephens is where my aunt lives and has done for a little time now. For a long time she hasn't been settled and would often ask to leave and live elsewhere.
Recently that has changed, and I think that is down to the new management team that has come in and started to make big improvements within
the home, from educating staff to decor; well done, it's nice to see such a strong, approachable, honest management team. Keep up this hard work!
The home has been in hot water recently, but we, as a family, can see how much it has improved over the last couple of months.
The staff are brilliant, so caring and courteous, and the care is now fantastic. Well done, care team.
The food, what can I, say about the food - oh my days, it's amazing - shame its not available as a take-out option as I would be ordering daily.
My aunt is now happy at St Stephens, which in turn, makes us happy.

The staff interaction is kind and respectful. I have been made to feel welcome; I can visit when I wish. Over the years, I have been listened to and dealt with promptly. I have seen so much love and kindness shown to my mum and other residents and compassion when people have felt stressed with their
confusion from dementia. I can't speak highly enough of the staff.

Very pleased with my mothers care. Staff are excellent, provide a first-class service. The home is well managed and is always clean and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Could not ask for better care for my mother.

It’s the staff that make it special. At the heart of this place is the amazing carers! I should name names, but I’m afraid of missing someone out. I see kindness, dedication and genuine care from the folk who look after dad. Thank you! So good to see a refurbishment.

My mother is very well cared for. She has advanced Alzheimer's and is very confused. Staff are patient with her and very reassuring. The home smells pleasant and is very clean. There are plenty of activities for residents. I have been into a lot of care homes and this home is the only one I liked. The
staff are friendly and accommodating, patient and caring. I feel reassured leaving my mother in their care.

Every time I visit my sister at St Stephen's care home, I am very pleased with what I see, she is well looked after. The facilities are adequate and very easy for my sister to use.
I always comment that I would be very happy to use a similar home if I can find one near to my home address.

My wife had to go into care as her dementia was getting so bad that I, her husband, could no longer cope. She went into respite care for one week every month for several months at another care home but she then had to go into permanent care and she was offered a place in St Stephens. She and I have
never looked back - she is happy in there and she is safe and that safety is a great relief to me. The staff are wonderful and extremely caring and they all love the job they do which goes a very long way in the care home.

Very pleased with Mom's care. Staff are excellent and provide a first class service. The home is well managed and maintained., always clean and friendly. We now know Mom is being well cared for and the staff know exactly how to deal with her needs. Cannot fault St Stephens.

The introduction to St Stephens was very good. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The care given to my wife is good and she seems to have settled in well.
They help her with her food and she is putting on weight which she needed. However, her clothes are still not all labelled with her
name and her clothes have gone missing at times.
