Willow Bank House is set in a rural location, close to the market town of Pershore and offers quality care in luxurious surroundings.

Willow Bank prides itself on giving residents freedom to maintain a good quality of life under watchful care, for those who otherwise would be forced to live within lifestyle constraints.

The purpose-built home presents a clean and secure environment to accommodate the needs of all individuals. There are several communal areas for the residents to choose from, dependent on their mood, and two additional wings which are suitable for high dependent clients who are more comfortable in smaller groups.

A daily activities programme is designed to encourage residents to engage in social activities or hobbies to stimulate both body and mind. Community involvement is also encouraged, with regular visits from a variety of organisations in the area.

An experienced kitchen team at Willow Bank are dedicated to providing nutritious and enjoyable meals for all residents, adapting to preferences and requirements. The ingredients are locally sourced allowing meals to be produced each day using fresh ingredients.

Staff are efficient, empathetic and extremely patient. They respond in a professional yet personal manner. Staff are maintaining the dignity of the residents to the best of their ability. The facility is clean, functional and supports current research with visually stimulating environments that strengthen
memories and connections for the residents. The food is nutritious, varied and of good quality.

My mum has been at Willow Bank for 8 years and during that time her dementia has obviously got worse. Every step of the way Willow Bank staff have shown absolute care and attention to her changing needs. I know my mom couldn't be better looked after and I am so pleased we found Willow Bank.

I make a weekly visit and I am always welcomed to Willow Bank, my visits to see my cousin are never at the same time. It is always clean everywhere I go. All staff are friendly and helpful. My cousin suffers from dementia and is in the very best place, thanks to everyone there.

My mum is looked after really well and in her own little world she seems very happy. The home is happy for her to eat what she wants at the time whether it be a proper meal or finger snacks.

My grandmother has been a resident for one and a half years now, I can highly recommend this care home. All rooms are light and airy, the overall appearance inside is neat and tidy, and most importantly the care that they afford my grandmother is amazing. She always looks well cared for. I live 2 hours
away so I rely on the team at Willowbank to keep me informed. I'm very happy that we found Willowbank!

My mother went into Willowbank in February this year. The staff and management are hard-working and friendly. She always looks happy and well cared for. She loves the food and has even put on weight. I would definitely recommend Willow Bank to anyone looking for a care home for a loved one.

I cannot recommend the home and staff enough! The staff are so kind, friendly, informative and extremely caring for my aunt. I live approximately 2 hours away from the home so my visits are periodic. I rely totally on the staff caring for my aunt and keeping me informed. The staff are wonderful such
a marvellous home. My aunt and I are blessed.

I am extremely happy with the care being provided for my grandfather. The staff keep me updated about everything. If I have any concerns or queries the staff are more than happy to help. I have always found Willow Bank clean, a very friendly atmosphere, staff are very helpful, most importantly mum is very well cared for on all levels, she is always clean well nourished and happy in her surroundings. The staff always update me with any changes to mums care, I feel the staff all love

My mother is well cared for at Willow Bank House and feels happy there. She is safe 24/7. She has her own room which has lots of personal items around her. During the covid restrictions, the staff all took extra care with testing and followed all government guidelines. My mother is much better living
at Willow Bank House than remaining on her own.

Carole Hall

Job Title: Registered Manager

Joined: 2018

Carole has worked in care for 30 years, starting her career at Worcester County Council as a domiciliary care assistant, then moving to Sanctuary. At Sanctuary, she started as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to the Home Manager position. Carole has achieved her NVQ 5 and Leadership in Dementia Qualification with Worcester University.
Carole has two grown up children, one of whom lives in Canada and she has just been made a Grandmother for the second time. Her hobbies include walking, reading and family days out.
