Laundry services are excellent and rooms are cleaned daily. Residents are free to choose their daily attire and also whether or not to join in activities, there is no pressure for them to gather in the same room. All staff made the effort to hold conversations with the residents and again this reinforced the kindness I saw during my visits.
I would like to thank all staff at Willow Bank Care home for the love and care they give.

Carole has worked in care for 30 years, starting her career at Worcester County Council as a domiciliary care assistant, then moving to Sanctuary. At Sanctuary, she started as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to the Home Manager position. Carole has achieved her NVQ 5 and Leadership in Dementia Qualification with Worcester University.
Carole has two grown up children, one of whom lives in Canada and she has just been made a Grandmother for the second time. Her hobbies include walking, reading and family days out.
