My mother has been a resident at Hendra House for 7 months now. We are extremely happy with the care and support she has received in this time. The staff are well qualified, caring and well managed. Residents are treated with care and courtesy, staff take the time to get to know all their residents
and as a consequence are sensitive to their varying needs and frailties. As visitors we are always made welcome and any day to day issues are dealt with promptly and effectively. Communication is excellent and we are all made to feel part of the Hendra 'family'.
